Go to Sales, filter Order with Customer Name, find out Order status, find out if the Order has been picked or shipped.
Go to Sales, find an order in paid status, click Shipping label button, system auto generate the label from selected carrier, check tracking number of the shipment.
Go to Inventory, show inventory update history for the mismatch item, when does the inventory in the system start to mismatch with cycle count?
Go to Inventory, examine the inventory indicator for that item, does the current inventory fall low in the inventory range? Go to Receiving and find if a purchase order is created or received.
Go to Inventory, add inventory line with a different warehouse or location information for the item, now this item can be picked and shipped from all available locations.
Go to Settings-->Download, download all online data into a predefined Excel template. To add new item, go to Settings->Item to upload new items using Item template.
